Gartner Market Trends Research: Digital Rewards, Worldwide, 2012

In a recent research note Gartner Senior Analyst Sandy Shen notes that “digital rewards can reduce fraud and offer real-time data to brands and merchants.”

“Although dwarfed by paper rewards in terms of volume, growth in digital rewards will be much higher in the coming years.”
