Mobile CashOut
Terms & Conditions
Mobile CashOut vouchers are text-messages bearing unique numbers issued by i‑movo on behalf of various companies wishing to make cash payments to residents of the United Kingdom.
CashOut vouchers are valid at participating PayPoint retailers. Please check with retailer that they have the cash available stated on the voucher and they are willing to process the transaction before disclosing the unique number in the text message.
No purchase is necessary at the retailer processing the CashOut voucher. To find the nearest retailer able to process your CashOut voucher, click here.
Recipients of CashOut vouchers do not need to pay the retailer a fee to process the voucher. The retailer will be paid a £0.15 handling fee by the issuing company.
You will not be charged for receiving any CashOut voucher. You may be sent a second text message confirming use of your CashOut voucher for which you will not be charged.
CashOut vouchers are valid to a future date specified on the text message you receive. Vouchers will not be accepted after this date. Replacement of expired vouchers is strictly at the discretion on the issuing company to whom any questions regarding expired vouchers should be directed.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for messages not delivered or delayed or in the event of any recipient’s mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost or stolen.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for any damage caused to a customer’s mobile phone including but not limited to damage caused by a retailer handling a customer’s mobile phone. Customers are strongly advised to NOT ALLOW retailer to handle their mobile phone and instead to show or read the unique number to the retailer.
The unique numeric code on the text message voucher is confidential to the person it was sent to and is not transferable.
The unique numeric code on the text message voucher may be used once only. Attempts to use the unique numeric code more than once will be considered fraudulent by i‑movo.
The unique code may sometimes be represented as a barcode displayed on the mobile phone that should be presented to the retailer for scanning with the scanner attached to the PayPoint terminal.
i‑movo reserves the right to withdraw, limit or cancel this scheme at any stage in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the control of i‑movo.
Only text message voucher numbers issued by i‑movo may be used in this scheme. All queries regarding the text message CashOut voucher should be directed to i‑movo Limited, 203/204 Great Guildford Business Square, 30 Great Guildford Street, London SE1 0HS or info@i‑movo.com.
Limitations of liability. Neither i‑movo nor other parties associated with this scheme assume any responsibility or liability for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions or communication line failures, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this scheme.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, i‑movo accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of use of CashOut vouchers.
Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. i‑movo reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from receiving future CashOut vouchers if found to be acting in any manner deemed by i‑movo to be disruptive.
i‑movo’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
i‑movo will not now and nor do we in the future intend to sell, rent or market any data about individuals to third parties. Data collected in the course of this scheme will only be used in connection with this scheme.
If you do not wish to receive further CashOut vouchers from a company from whom you have received one, you may opt out by sending an email to info@i‑movo.com with NOCASH followed by your mobile phone number in the subject line, followed by the voucher number issued by the relevant company. Opting out in this manner does not preclude you from receiving CashOut vouchers from other companies i‑movo may work with from whom you have indicated you do wish to receive CashOut vouchers, nor from receiving vouchers for any other promotion run by i‑movo to which you have otherwise opted in.
